You should send your request to customerservice@neo-tech.com when changing your email address, be sure to provide the old to new email addresses.
Same for mailing address.

I have gone to several of the neothink websites and I am unable to find a place where I can change my address and email since I have moved Sept. 18, 2011. I have been a member for about 6 months and I find it difficult to get this done, since I have so many address for Neothink. Please advice me. Sincerely, Milita
